SERVICE AGREEMENTS

We will support your business systems with an Network Engineer for a few hours a week at  a predictable and cost- effective price.

 

Silver

The Silver service agreement focuses on activities surrounding your server. It is based on an 11 point activity checklist pubished by Microsoft for maintaining Server 2003/2008 networks.

The Silver service agreement is made up of daily, weekly and monthly activities. Daily activities include the study of server reports for critical errors requiring immediate attention. The following elements are checked every day:

  • Data Backup
  • Processor
  • Memory
  • Disk Space Reports

Weekly actvities include the verification of successfull software updates including operating system as well as antivirus and antispam updates. Service packs, hotfixes and patches are all included in the weekly activities.

Disk management is done monthly and covers checking for errors as well as defragmentation for optimal server performance. UPS shutdown and restart procedures are tested monthly so as to ensure that the UPS batteries are able to sustain the server long enough to shut down gracefully in the event of a power failure.

The very popular "Work from almost anywhere" is also included and allows secure remote working and mail synchronization for mobile users.

Silver service agreement does not include any user support, but forms the basis of all other IT service agreements which do have inclusive hours from Rent A Genius.

 

Gold

Our Gold IT Support service agreement is a support agreement suited to have a network environment that is stable and operating well, but who wish to have support services at their disposal within agreed response times. This plan covers most of your support needs on a month to month basis. Included in the monthly service fee are a set number of hours that are used for support purposes. Should additional hours be required, they can be purchased on an as and when basis.

Daily server and network reports sent by email to our systems allow us to take proactive steps to ensure that your network is operating as efficiently as it could. Developing problems are rectified before they impact on productivity. Our very popular Work from Almost Anywhere service allows network users to access their information even when they are out of the office. Remote support delivers a server operating smoothly day after day. Backups are rotated and stored off-site providing your business with vital disaster recovery at the lowest cost.

All the support you may require for your network users is provided by a preferred technician. This technician will get to know and understand your business culture and user work practices, thereby providing an effective and non-disruptive service.

 

Platinum

IT that genuinely matches your business position

The Platinum service agreement is our flagship outsourced offering. This plan covers all your support as well as server, networking, anti-virus and licensing needs for an all-inclusive low monthly fee. The fee is calculated on a per user per month basis. There are no additional support costs levied apart from new and additional users added to the network. When your businesses network users decrease, your monthly bill does too.

 

Complete hardware and software solution

 

Added to the IT Support arrangement, your server equipment including disk space, memory and backup drives are provided. So is the network switching equipment, ADSL modem and network antivirus. Your businesses will never run low on resources with this plan. All equipment is set up at your offices for the highest performance levels possible. Branded email stationery

Branded email stationery will make a winning impression when communicating electronically. Disclaimers will keep your emails in line with their intended business purpose. Acceptable usage policies will ensure that all staff members know what they are permitted to do on your business network.
